Our Story
Gulshan Estate Agents was founded in 1959 by Mr. Gulshan Nayyar in New Delhi, at a time when South Delhi's most iconic neighbourhoods were still taking shape. Mr. Nayyar built the firm on three founding principles — integrity, service and trust — values that were not simply stated but demonstrated through every client relationship he maintained over decades of practice.
His son, Mr. Neeraj Nayyar, joined the firm and expanded its reach with deep market expertise and a commitment to meeting the evolving needs of a changing city. Under his leadership as Managing Director, Gulshan Estate Agents grew its presence across South Delhi's most established localities while maintaining the personal, relationship-driven approach that has always defined the firm.
Today, the third generation has arrived. Mr. Geet Nayyar, serving as Director of Legal and Finance, brings a modern and forward-looking perspective to the practice — combining six decades of accumulated market knowledge with contemporary approaches to legal compliance, financial structuring and client advisory. The legacy that Mr. Gulshan Nayyar began in 1959 continues, now carried by three generations of the same family.

Mr. Neeraj Nayyar expanded the firm with comprehensive market expertise and a client-first approach to residential and commercial property advisory. As Managing Director, he personally oversees all client relationships and transactions, bringing over two decades of hands-on experience in South Delhi.
